Now unable to login to AGOL account from inside BI

Question

I installed PBI in October 2023.  By some method (I don't remember how) I enabled the ArcGIS visual.  I then logged into an AGOL account and have been working with it since.  Now i discover that I am no longer loged into my AGOL account and it appears that I can't log in.  Anyone here familiar with this?

Yes I did get the prompt, after doing this.

Are you able to add a new ArcGIS visualisation in? Does that give you the prompt to log in?
