Elevation Profile: X and Y to Scale?

I have created a Elevation Profile, but I am now wanting the X (distance) and Y (Elevation) to display at the same scale.

What I mean by this is 10 Metres distance = 10 Metres elevation within the chart itself, so that these would physically measure the same distance on the chart.

Is this possible with ArcPro, as I am unsure whether it is.

Maybe I can achieve this in excel?

This is not possible currently.  There is an ENH-000154736 - "In ArcGIS Pro, allow users to manually set X and Y intervals for Profile Graphs".  It's currently in review.
