Deploying Web Apps from EXB developer edition to ArcGIS Enterprise

Hello All,

I tried to follow this instruction to deploy my Web App created using ArcGIS Experience builder Developer editon Deploy your app—ArcGIS Web AppBuilder | ArcGIS Developers

But I am already lost in the step 1, what exactly a web server here. Should I ask the IT department for the web server or I can use in my local. I am using ArcGIS Server. But I don't understand where to copy the app folder. I have ESRI Enterprise Admin and ArcGIS server.

Is there any way to directly publish the app into the Enterprise like in an Instant app builder ? Or solution for this deployment using the web server also be very helpful. Thank you.
