Former ArcGIS desktop user here, I'm having a difficult time converting to ArcGIS Online.
I'm trying to build a simple map to find locations to dispose of certain recycleable items. My goal is to create an Experience Builder app where the user is able to toggle on/off the display of different categories of recycle business but I feel like I may be approaching this entirely the wrong the way.
My steps so far:
1) Data source is a CSV table of lat/long and misc information.
2) Converted that data to a web map, only adding in a basemap
3) Created an Experience Builder app with that web map as the layer data source.
That's where I'm stuck. I've tried to play with the list and layer widget but I just can't figure it out. I try making a list with buttons but I'm unable to make one for each of my categories. I also tried a similar approach via the layers and creating different views to filter the different categories but that didn't work either.
Do I really need to make a different base map layer for each category? Is this even possible in Experience Builder or should I be using a different product? I want to easily be able to work out of a single CSV document and one layer. I'm so lost.
