ArcGIS Monitor version 2023.3 Defect

Hi,

We have recently upgraded the ArcGIS monitor server as well as agents from version 2023.2 to version 2023.3. After the upgrade, The ArcGIS monitor portal still shows the agent's version as 2023.2, although the ArcGIS monitor server is showing the correct version, i.e., 2023.3. Below is a screenshot for the reference.

We had the same issue and we found that this is a known BUG with ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3. Kindly find the BUG details below:

BUG-000163848 : After installing ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3, Agents show as the previous version or 'null' if completing a new installation.

This will be addressed in ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3.1 release.
