Hello, I am having a problem where my pop-ups are displaying fine in web viewer, but when I open the map in FieldMaps they are not coming up. Has anyone experienced this? Any advice on what might be causing this issue?
I am also experiencing this issue. The pop-ups work within the AGO Map Viewer and Experience Builder app but they are not working for a specific layer (published the same as our others) within Field Maps.
I'm now seeing this issue too. I'm in AGO and have two hosted feature layers which hold the results from two different survey123 forms. Popups are configured for both HFLs in my web map and load in my web map but popups do not load on either HFL if I open that same web map in field maps.
Is this specifically an issue with hosted feature layers that are linked to survey123 surveys? I have other HFLs in this map and the popups work fine.
Edit: Popups work in field maps on an HFL view of either HFL, but not the HFL itself.
Also, other maps are working, just not the 3 ones I created
I just created two Survey123, the popups are not working? everything is turned on from all the previous entries... any other ideas? I can create a new feature, but then it goes dormant and will not allow pop up

I'm also experiencing an issue with pop-ups. Fields list values show in the web map but not in field maps. I've configured the pop-ups on a point layer that is joined to survey123 results. The Title, Text (used to launch a survey) and Attachments show up as expected but nothing in the Fields list will show.

We've had an ongoing problem with popups not working in Field Maps on specific layers. Previously occurred on 10.9.1, but still occurring now on 11.3.The original map was created in MapViewer Classic - but creating a new map in MapViewer doesn't resolve the problem. There is no discernable difference between this layers and others that popups work on. Popup configurations are similar if not exactly the same for layers that popups do/don't work on.The layer in question is one of many in a single MapServer.If I add the individual layer in to the map directly by Layer ID - popups will work in Field Maps - but not when it's loaded as part of the entire MapServer
I have this problem, only when offline. The popups work find in Field Maps when I have celular or WiFi on. When I turn those off, the popups do not work. Aren't they meant to?
Does anyone have a solution to this. I´m having the same problem and everything looks fine in web maps (both new viewer and classic). pop ups are enabled but if I try to access the pop up in field maps it won´t open but works fine otherwise. I had an arcade expression first that somehow disbaled my popup in fieldmaps. Fixed it and it worked for a couple of weeks and now it stopped working again and I can´t get the pop up to work for that layer. Not even if I clean the pop up. The service is from another portal instance that I don´t control, but everything looks fine and works fine, just not the pop up in fields maps.
Hi @LeahMontoya! To clarify, are the pop-ups working correctly in Map Viewer and the problem is only in Field Maps?
Have you already tried republishing the layer to your Enterprise portal, from ArcGIS Pro?
Also, are you receiving any errors when accessing the list of layers?

We are experiencing the same issue. We are now on Portal Enterprise 11.3.
The layer is not editable and shared to the public through our Portal. We have configured popups in Pro and published. We use Map Viewer to create the map (this map has never been used in Classic Map). Popups in Field Maps will not work on this feature. When we build a map with this same layer used in Experience Builder, Webmap Builder or Instance Apps the popups work.
The popups worked before when we was n 10.9.1.

We are using ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1
Map was created in classic map viewer. No custom pop-up elements.
The layer itself is part of a group layer and is referenced from our SDE published from ArcGIS Pro.
I was able to get them to work when saving a copy of the map in the new map viewer and toggling the pop-ups off and on again. Toggling the pop-up in map viewer classic did not resolve the problem.

What environment are you in (ArcGIS Online, Portal for Enterprise, etc.)?
Is editing enabled on the affected layer(s)? What is the sharing level?
Have you configured pop-ups in Field Maps Designer?
Where was the layer created? If it was in ArcGIS Pro, can you test by republishing the layer to Online, then adding it to the map? You may have to reconfigure pop-ups in Map Viewer, as sometimes they're not automatically configured.
I am also experiencing this issue in Field Maps, while using Enterprise 10.9.1. Was anyone able to find a resolution?
I am experiencing the same issue in my Field maps. I checked the Enable popup for my layers and they are all enabled. I can see the info in a web mapping application just not in Field Maps
I am not seeing how to open with the new map viewer from our portal, is there a required version we need to be running? We have the new map viewer in AGOL, but I dont see the option in our enterprise portal.
What environment are you using? Is it portal or online?
One thing you could try is:
We are using the classic map viewer, definitely have my popups enabled for all the layers. We have a couple layers where the popups are working in field maps, but the majority are not.

Are you using Map Viewer to set up the map for use in Field Maps? If so, can you check to make sure that pop-ups are enabled for each of the layers that you want to have a pop-up appear on the map?
