Anyone have experience publishing a hosted tile layer within AGOL?

I have a hosted feature layer in AGOL that I published via the Overview page to a hosted tile layer right inside of AGOL.

When I open the tile layer in Map Viewer, I see no legend. Is this normal? Your help is greatly appreciated.

It's normal for vector tiles.
