Ideas on How to Send Text or Email Once, Not Every Run of Analytic?

I have a temp sensor that I have setup and the email and text outputs are working great, but I am looking to only send a text or an email the first time a temp falls below a threshold, not continually until it warms above the threshold.  Any ideas on how to accomplish this filter?

    Many ways to do that -- 

    One you could use an Incident Detector followed by a Filter by Expression to only send on the "Started"  condition or "Started"/"Ended" but not Ongoing.  

     Or maybe a Filter Condition followed by a Control Event Volume Node.
