Workforce Survey123 Integration issue

Hi

I'm new to Workforce and hope you can help me with this.

When I integrate Survey123 with workforce I want the Assignment Type and Worker ID in my Survey123 report, but I get these (picture) numbers instead. How do I change it to "Maintenance task" etc.?

The pictures are just from a test setup 🙂

Those "numbers" are the GlobalIDs for the Worker ID's and Assignment Types. Frustratingly, Workforce will only pass the GlobalID and not the lablel for these related tables. You can get around this in a few ways:

- Add additional fields to the Workforce Feature Service that reflect the label for The Worker ID and Assignment Type. You can then choose these fields in the "Workforce field" column when you are setting up the integration.

- You can add some questions to your Survey that calculate the label based on either an external csv or choice list.
