I am getting below whenever i connect the geodatabase (SQl Server ). It was working fine before. suddenly popped up

Yes . we have recently upgraded to The ArcGIS Pro 3.1.2 - 11.1.0.41833 geodatabase. and does not work in older version of ArcMap?

I see that if I try to connect to a newer SDE version with older version of ArcMap.
