Does the v200 SDK support setting/getting the camera field of view in a SceneView like it did in v100? I don't see any such capability.

We have not added that as of 200.2. But it has been implemented and will be in 200.3 which will be released in December. Along with field of view, we are releasing some AR toolkit components in December as well.
