Feature layers not updating operational dashboard

Question

I have large data and created feature layers.  I uploaded the data as a SHAPE file zipped it and in content created new layers. Then I created an operational dashboard and activated refresh intervals both in the map and visualisation on the layers folder.  I can see in my bar chart the message that the date was updated 1 min ago but nothing changes in actual data.  what it can be? does it affect if I use Excel, shapefile, KLM Geodata,csv downloaded data?  Can someone help? I want my dashboard to update all data as the survey is submitted.

Hello DrJumaKhudonazarov,

You must create survey123 using the new layers you created. So you should use the feature of using existing data in survey123.
