Image Classification Group Greyed Out

Cannot select Image Classification Tools

The reason is that the Image Classification group is greyed out. I have verified that I have both licenses required. Not sure what's causing this.

Do you have the rasterlayer (tiff) selected? If you select a non raster layer in your map it will be grey
