stuck on Loading survey when csv added to media folder

Hi

I have a survey created in survey 123 connect (3.18.124).  The survey is using Search - Matches in the appearance of a select one question to pull a list of addresses based on a task ID pulled from Workforce.  It also uses pull data to retrieve other data such as Unique property  number.

As soon as I add the csv file containing the addresses with corresponding ids  the survey reloads and gets stuck on Loading Survey......

There are around 40,000 addresses in the CSV.

Is this beyond the limit of survey 123 or should it be able to handle the csv, in which case where am I going wrong 😕

Do you by chance not have minimal/autocomplete set-up for the appearance? S123 should be able to load that without issue, so long as your appearance is set properly. Without an appearance set, I would 100% expect this behaviour.
