Unable to see attributes of created feature

Question

I have a AGOL hosted points layer setup with several attributes.  I went into the field maps designer and configured the form for field data collection and this works fine.  However, after I collect a point with data, if I go back and select it, I can't see the attributes unless I select "Edit."

Is there some setting somewhere that disables viewing attributes?  I've never run into this before as previous layers I've setup work fine.

What about your popup configuration? Are all the fields visible in there? Maybe check that out and see if something is checked off.
