Can I display a specific attachment in the image widget?

Question

I have a workflow where people take photos in a Survey 123 form, which generates attachments with calculated names. Each survey contains at least six different photo attachments, and I would like to display one of these attachments prominently in an Experience page.

Is there a way that I can display one attachment that has a specific prefix in the name for the selected record? I have tried using the image widget and the Feature Info widgets, but I can't figure out how to filter it to only get the attachment that I want.

I remember reading that you can display a picture that is in a specific place, i.e. picture in position 4.  I'm not sure if you can do a query that ends in a specific string.  I was able to get all associated pictures related to a feature to display and the users just cycle through them.
