Survey123 error message -1: missing item Id / folder Id / params args

Hello there

we are trying to update  a survey question with some new dropdown choices. After we save the survey  and try to publish it we are getting a error message saying this:

 

 

-1: missing item Id / folder Id / params args

 

has anyone ever seen this?  Any fixes?  We tried to delete the question and redo it but still result.

solution was figured out.   When  you change the survey name it will give this error if you try to republish the same survey. The Survey cant have the name changed. If you want to do this export the XLS form and republish it as a new survey.  This applies to Survey 123 connect as well.
