ArcGIS Pro geodatabase not refreshing new added data from a remote ms access file

Hello,

I'm currently working on an ArcGis Pro project. I'm noticing that new added data is not showing up when I go to the catalog pane. From the catalog pane, I select the database folder and then select the gdb in the project. I right click the database folder and select "refresh". I also go to the gdb, right click and select "refresh" and pressing the "refresh" icon on the bottom right of the table within ArcGIS Pro. I'm see none of the new data added.

The data this geodatabase should be pulling from is an MS Access file. It is on a remote server. What do I need to do to get this geodatabase to refresh with the current contents of the MS Access file?

Select the data from the FGDB in Pro, right click, copy.  Then, open the SQL server connection in Pro, right click, paste.

I think I know what the issue is. I'm new to ArcGIS pro. The gdb is local and has only taken a snapshot of the access file when the gdb was first created. I wish I would've known this before I started working on this project.

Second question. How would I export local geodatabase data to microsoft sql server?

The access file is a .mdb, the geodatabase is a .gdb
