I just downloaded ArcGIS on a new laptop with a new license. When I try to open it and log on, it lets me log on but then immediately the program closes. I tried uninstalling the application, restarting my device, and making arcgis.com a trusted site in Chrome, as a previous post had suggested was their solution. It continues to shut down after I log in, though
