ArcGIS Earth Crashing When Editing Text Boxes in Export

Question

Hi,

When I export a map using ArcGIS Earth it crashes as soon as I interact with an added text box or with the default text boxes (title, etc.). Anyone have any experience with this? The features are two polygons - from KMZs.

I am able to reproduce this issue (in ArcGIS Earth 2.0.0.3810) even though I have the font ` Avenir Next LT Pro ` installed
Any other fonts we have to install?

Hi @mheathca ,

Thanks for reporting this issue.

This is a known issue when the specific font is missing from Windows system.

To solve this issue In short-term (V2.0), please install the font ` Avenir Next LT Pro ` from Settings of Windows System. Here is the steps from Microsoft Support.

On the other hand, we’re also working on a solution to better implement a fallback mechanism if the font is not in place.  This enhancement will be reflected in V2.1.
