As per the Blog https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/updates-to-draw-and-annotate-in-arcgis-survey123/bc-p/1316749#M5651 We can draw and annotate on map but what if the user has the capability to draw and annotate on webmap.
My suggestion is to add map=<itemID> parameter in the body::esri:style column so that developers can specify which webmap to put in and user can easily highlight the asset/features on map without worrying too much about the location.
This will help the user to draw and annotate on the exact location of feature.
