Unable to select features from the side in scene viewer

Hello,

 

I have some multipatch scene layers that are hosted in Enterprise 11.1 with an associated feature layer that I am unable to select when viewing them from the side. I can select features when I change my camera orientation to a birds eye view, but with features stacked on top of each other, this is not ideal. Is there a way to change the selection tolerance or anything to get features to be selected from other orientations?

After some additional fiddling, I found out that this issue seems to be only showing up when I load my data into a global scene. Changing to a local scene fixes this problem.
