Creating shapefile from csv file using census tract geoid

I want to convert a csv file to shapefile. The csv file has census tract geoid as the only geographical information. I am using ArcGIS Pro (version 3). Any help?

Not sure if this will work but you can try converting each Census Tract to a point using Feature to Point geoprocessing tool.
