ArcGIS Pro 3.1.0: What is the best practice to accommodate multiple Revit files in file geodatabase?

I couldn’t figure out the best practice to accommodate multiple Revit files in file geodatabase.

For example, in the screenshot below, I got two Revit files that represent two buildings. Then how these two Revit files can be accommodated in file geodatabase? What is the best practice to manage the data coming from Revit to Pro?

Does this mean that I need to create feature dataset for each Revit file (that represents a building) in order to be able to publish them in a later stage?
