Unable to Edit Fields or Export Data

Question

I'm using ArcGIS Pro. I used a layer from Esri on ArcGIS Online called: "Germany Postcodes2 Boundaries 2021"

I want to create a calculated column for population density: Using Population divided by the Area (both of which are provided in the layer), but there's essentially nothing that I've been able to do to edit the table (or export the table to edit elsewhere).

Any thoughts?
