Improve error message about locked table in Fields View

ArcGIS Pro 2.6.8; Oracle 18c 10.7.1 EGDB

In the Fields View, when I try to delete a field in a locked table, I get this error message:

Most of the content in that error message is not useful. Users often don't notice the part at the end that says, "Table is already locked".

It would be better if the error messages simply stated that the "Table is locked."

Can you outline your workflow steps for me so I can reproduce this specific error?

Oracle 18c 10.7.1 EGDB

UserA:
Add the FC to a map. The FC is now locked from other users making table design changes.

UserB:
Add the FC to a map and open the attribute table.
Right click on a field in the attribute table and click Fields.
Delete a field using the Fields View. Click Save.
The field deletion doesn’t work, as expected. There is a red box beside the field in the Fields View. Hover over the red box to see the error message.
