ArcGIS Monitor 2023.1 - reporting error for mapservice no longer exists

Question

Hello Good Day,

Am using ArcGIS Monitor 2023.1 with Enterprise 10.9.1.  There are a couple of mapservices that no longer exist (deleted and when trying to paste the mapservice REST URL from ArcGIS Monitor got error 500) in ArcGIS Server (federated) and yet ArcGIS Monitor is showing the mapservice as Error.

I tried restarting ArcGIS Monitor service and it did not change anything.

Question: should ArcGIS Monitor refresh the mapservice list automatically?

Hi Anthea,

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Monitor 2023.2 (see BUG-000157190 in the release notes. Please upgrade to this version at your earliest convenience.
