Hello ,
i would like to know if there is a tool or app in Esri that could do automatic dimensioning .instead of doing measurement for the distance between every home and ever cable to do all of the process automatic .

is there tool like this in Esri ?
I wonder if something like Parcel Drafter could be an option that would work for you:

But now I'm starting to wonder if Esri is no longer supported parcel drafter since I cannot find any examples of it anymore (to actually interact with it). This page allows to "deploy" the solution:
