Measure Tool: add an option to display a single measurement only

Using the Measuring tool to check distances between objects and or end points. The Tool continues to display all measurements and it makes it hard to follow my current measurement and I continuously have to clear the results, so my prior measurements do not fill up the screen.

Suggestion: to have an option to display a single measurement only.

I would like to add to this idea and say the single measure is the default method for the tool. I would say I more often want to measure a single distance rather than than sequence of segments.

I agree that its quite irritating to have to keep clearing the dialog to understand what it is I am measuring!

@KoryKramer Even in 3.4 you still have to clear results after measuring. I'd love for the tool to just show the sum of the segment and then reset when I go to measure another segment. Essentially just show the "Path (ft)" field and that's it.
