I created a custom Geocode view in online and trying to use it in my survey. once I set it in the survey it cant find any matches to addresses. Any advice?

To confirm have you set the geocode=<locatorViewID> in the bind::esri:parameters column of the XLSForm?
Is the survey shared publicly? Is your survey also published or planned to be published to ArcGIS Online, or are you planning to use the survey in ArcGIS Enterprise?
