I have generated 3d map with time slider that shows the population growth using Excel that is very nice .
How can I apply the same functionality using Arcgis Online ,any help please

Thanks for your question, which is difficult to interpret based on the shared information. Could you evolve on and describe the actual process and solution that you implemented using Excel? Which tools did you use to generate the 3D map?
ArcGIS Online offers a variety of apps supporting 3D data visualizations. You might want to have a look at Scene Viewer, and Experience Builder or if you are on to customize your own web application you should have a look at our Maps SDK for JavaScript.
