Hello all. I am trying to create a point-based Feature Layer to use for a Storymaps map tour.
But in the Content tab of my organization’s ArcGIS Online, under “New Item” there is no option to create a feature layer. I’ve attached what I can see under the “New Item” and “Create App” menus in Content. Can anyone help me understand why I don’t see an option to create a Feature Layer in ArcGIS Online and how I can create one?
This seems like it should be an easy task. I read forums and watched many tutorials. Thanks for any help!
