Street network geodatabase for offline map

Question

Hi.

I am working on the offline maps with routing functionality. I was following the tutorials from the below link:    Offline routing | ArcGIS Maps SDK for .NET | ArcGIS Developers

How can I create our own street network geodatabase for offline use like Streets_ND used in the above tutorial . Can someone please help me how can I utilize  roads layer from OSM (OpenStreetMap)  for offline Map.
