Enterprise Feature Service Requirements - Mobile App

Good Morning,

I was looking around the documentation but didn't see much so though I would post here. What are the versioning requirements for a non-hosted Feature Service to be available in a Workers Map in Workforce? Also the mobile map must have Sync requirements correct?
