Cannot License ArcGIS Monitor 2023.1

Question

Hello!

I just installed ArcGIS Monitor 2023.1

I have to admit: the first thing I did was to create the Primary Account which was successful, but then I realized I had not licensed it.

I  tried to license but I do not manage. Both the provisioning file and the simple EPC number do not work.

I downloaded the ArcGIS Monitor 11.0 license (it is the latest I have on MyEsri).

Any hint?

FYI, you can use either an ArcGIS 11.0 or 11.1 license to authorize ArcGIS Monitor 2023.1. Both should work.

This is the file.

Everything seems to be in order except for that mismatch on the version.

Could you please confirm that a licence 11.1 is needed for the 2023.1 in order to collect data?

Hi @PanGIS,

It is possible to successfully install ArcGIS Monitor 2023.1 without the appropriate license file. But then Monitor will not collect any data metrics.

Please verify you've got the correct license file from My Esri.
