Pop-ups are not working in the configured Map

Hi ,

I am able to add a layer from my arcgis enterprise in ArcGIS Sharepoint map component. But when I try to select a feature on map pop-ups are not working even though I have configured it in the layer. Please help me out on this.

Thanks for your question. Does it happen across all the layers or only on a few select layers? If possible, can you share one of the layers where you notice this issue?
