Premium licence to access ArcGIS Online

Hi,

Wondering if anyone has any thoughts on how useful/worthwhile it is to get the Premium licence in Power Automate to access ArcGIS.

I'd really like to use the Get data from feature layer in ArcGIS Online and export it to a CSV file template (https://make.powerautomate.com/environments/Default-90d78e6a-0431-4d5f-916a-d3ab9c1a0bd9/galleries/public/templates/6b1e4d293f3442d2b551af87ee8108b0/get-data-from-feature-layer-in-arcgis-online-and-export-it-to-a-csv-file), but not sure how much the upgrade would cost and if it is worth that for the organisation or if other people have found ways to do the same process without a premium licence.
