Nothing happens when importing a coordinate system

Hi. I was trying to import a new CRS via .PRJ file but whenever I try to nothing happens. No error message is shown or anything on why it wasn't read. I attached the PRJ file if anyone would like to  take a look. Thank you!

Hi, thanks for responding. Sorry, my original post wasn't more detailed. Here are the steps I took:

1. Right click on the Map group layer on the contents panel.
2. Chose properties
3. Then Coordinate systems
4. Add Coordinate Systems
5. Import coordinate system
