Partial checkbox in layerlist also a refresh option to refresh the layer list item

Could you please clarify what is meant by partial checkbox?

@Sage_Wall : Partial checkbox I mean intermediate state of a checkbox. If a Layer contains multiple sublayer and any of the sublayers is selected visible false, then parent checkbox should show intermediate state like it used to do in webappbuilder TOC widget.
