How to set Description for FeatureCollectionLayer?

FeatureCollecitonLayer has a property called Description inherited from Layer. Unfortunately it is declared to be only get. How can I set Description? ArcGISPro has this functionality. It is useful to have "Description" for FeatureCollectionLayer.
