how do you add symbol style library in AGOL?

Question

the symbols used in AGOL do not include symbology for water and sewer utilities, I found  couple of symbology style files on a chat, but can't figure out how to load them into AGOL.  I have consultant helping me with project and they use ArcPro and this is very easy to do with that platform.  Is AGOL capable of editing the style library or uploading new libraries like ArcPro?  if so, how is this done?

You can publish style files as web styles from ArcGIS Pro and use them in Map Viewer. To learn how to publish these checkout this blog
