Raster Map disappearing when I attempt to export layout.

A number of classmates and I have run into a problem, when working with raster data, where we build a layout, and then go to export the layout and the map is missing from the exported file. It doesn't seem to matter if I export the file as a pdf or a jpeg.

In addition to the map vanishing, the legend corresponding to the map also turns up blank.

I am using ArcGIS Pro 3.1.1

I have included images of what my layout looks like, and the file that it exports.

Why is this happening, and what can I do to get my exported file to match the layout I have built?
