Feature Layer - Display Most Recent Form Record

Hello All.

I am working on a project where we have ~100 volunteers using Survey123 to collect initial data (points) and then Field Maps linked to Survey123 to continue to collect data on these locations. There are three forms related to the points feature layer. 

I am wondering if there is a way, within ArcGIS Online, to only pull the most recent record (latest created date) for each of the three forms so that the online map only contains the most recently recorded record in the pop up.

There is definitely a way to do this, I've been  hacking at it for awhile now, but have not totally figured it out. Have you heard of querying a feature layer using @layer and getRecordAt?
