I have built a feature report from Survey123 data and want to count the number of records related to a person's first and last name. As an example, if ${FirstName} = 'John' and ${LastName} = 'Smith' I want to count all records that contain that name combination regardless of how that data is filtered for the report. I have attached the report template to show how the count of records fits into the report.
