Pulling an ID from a point layer

Question

I've never linked a survey to a point layer from fieldmaps. What i am trying to do is have a point layer with an ID text and a link to the survey (i can do the ID text). When you enter the points ID and click on the survey link, i would like it to pull the ID and autofill the ID in Survey123. Any thought on how i can accomplish this?

The workflow for integrating Survey123 with Field Maps is described in this documentation:

* Integrate with other apps

This includes set up a url to open Survey123 automatically and pass values.
