Arcgis online assistant

Hello everyone.

Does anyone know why within the arcgis online assistant I can't log in with an arcgis online creator account? I have tried with another one that is not creator and I have not had problems, but I need to be able to migrate files from that account to another, I don't know if you will know another way. I have also read that it may be due to the update of the arcgis online assistant, I have tried with the old and the new one but there is no way.

I do not think this is an issue with the Creator account type as I am able to log in fine. It would be worth double checking you have the right login details.

Failing that if you are comfortable tinkering with Python the following sample could be repurposed in a notebook to move content from one user to a new user.
