Anyone ever run into a situation where you can’t connect to your Portal through ArcGIS Earth? It keeps telling me to make sure its running and the url is correct... both of which are true. Can connect via web browser and ArcGIS Pro without issue. Enterprise v10.6 and Earth 10.9

Hello @freza0. Are you attempting to login to your Portal via IP? The recommended method is to use the web adapter url.
