Dragging multiple FCs at a time from Catalog to Contents: FCs should be in alphabetical order

When dragging multiple FCs at a time from the Catalog pane to Contents:
The FCs that were added to Contents should be placed in ascending alphabetical order. Currently, they get added in descending order.
