Problem in hyperlink for ArcGis Pro 3.1

i used this method to create a hyperlink to an internal file in an internal drive on my machine it ws working fine with both pro and arc map but when i updated to arcgis pro 3.1 it stopped working and giving me this error

did you move the project or its data? the previous working directory differs from the current one
