Service area analysis

Hi!

I am trying to calculate the distance to different bus stops, but some roads are not being used in the analysis for reasons that I'm not aware of. I have a cutoff at 400 metres yet some service areas stops earlier, there are places where the service area reaches 400 metres. Do you have any solutions to solve this problem?
